XRG Technologies LLC is Hiring an Aftermarket Sales Representative Near Tulsa, OK

Technical Sales and Service

XRG Technologies is offering an exciting opportunity to join our rapidly growing company. This role can be in Tulsa, OK or remote. As an XRG Technologies Outside Technical Sales and Service representative, your primary focus will be on supporting our domestic Clients, providing on-site support and expertise related to their existing and future fired equipment.

We are an engineering and procurement company specializing in fired heat transfer equipment for the refining, petrochemical and power markets. With utilization of modern tools, such as FEA and CFD analysis, and our combined experience in combustion and heater engineering, we offer solutions to the industries’ toughest challenges.

Minimum Required Experience

  • 5 years’ experience with heat transfer equipment (fired heaters, burners, boilers, heat exchangers, similar type equipment, etc.)
  • Experience developing relationships with refinery fired heater personnel
  • Proven track record of strong customer service skills and relationship management
  • Proven track record of time management and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with design standards such as API, ASME & ASTM
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time

Desired Experience

  • Experience with field service, startup assistance, and troubleshooting of fired heaters

The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical understanding of fired heaters and combustion equipment. The role emphasizes driving profitable growth by identifying opportunities associated with fired equipment and supporting existing end users who recognize the added value of XRG Technologies' services and products.

We are looking for a person with excellent communication and critical thinking skills who has plenty of initiative and a desire to develop and close sales opportunities. This person is a detail-oriented, motivated team player who can work independently and take the lead on projects.

Job Functions:

  • Engage with end users throughout the lifecycle of their assets, from engineering studies to asset end-of-life activities (revamps, upgrades, capital equipment).
  • Anticipate, conceptualize, and present value-added solutions to end user fired equipment needs.
  • Assist with end user turnarounds and oversee development, quoting, and execution activities for all associated opportunities that are developed.
  • Relay the voice of the customer to the organization to enhance alignment with future customer needs and generate future profitability.
  • Convince customers that XRG Technologies' solutions and expertise can help them achieve their goals.
  • Target interactions with decision-makers at sites to maximize understanding of their values and pain points.
  • Generate qualified leads and contribute significantly to acquiring orders.
  • Grow the XRG Aftermarket Business year over year with end user sites.
  • Project support after the point of sale, as applicable.
  • Collaboration with management, procurement, sales, engineering, and execution.
  • Assist with equipment commissioning and startups.
