Responsibilities

What you'll be doing at XGS...

• Responsible for the evaluation and management of credit worthiness and approval limits for new and existing customers
• Conduct a regular credit and payment history review of existing customers.
• Evaluate, recommend and communicate credit holds to company associates and customers when necessary.
• Inform management of delinquent AR, aged deductions, and any other significant customer issues.
• Creation and maintenance of a Credit Management Policies & Procedures.
• Daily Processing of customer credit card payments
• Daily Driver Collect order release.
• Assist in system enhancement/conversion testing as needed.
• Reconcile accounts with customer regarding disputes, returns, and any discrepancies.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
• Assist in audit and other duties as requested by supervisor.

Qualifications

We are looking for ideal candidates with..

• 3 - 4 years of Accounts Receivable Experience
• 4-year college degree
• Excellent Customer Service Skills Computer Skills:
• Microsoft Office, Excel, Word
• Good organizational skills

PREREQUISITE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EDUCATION:

• Must have strong telephone skills to work with customers on their accounts, invoices and past due balances.
• Must have passion for research and problem solving.
