A national leader in luxury fitness is looking for amazing talent to join our team and seeking a motivated Assistant /Marketing Manager to lead our studio to success! This position will be based in South End Charlotte, NC 28203
PositionThe Assistant / Marketing Manager will assist in overseeing all studio functionality with a special focus on marketing and bringing first timers to the studio.
Requirements1 years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience requiredConfident in generating personal sales and supervising Sales RepsMust have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phoneMust be solution-based and results oriented, competitive spiritAbility to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgmentAn affinity and passion for fitnessSolid writing and grammar skillsHighly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlinesProfessional, punctual, reliable and neat and organizedStrong attention to detail and accuracyTrustworthy and ability to handle confidential informationAbility to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general publicProficiency with computers, Google suite and Canva*This is a part-time position and commission driven. Candidate must be able to work
in the studio and surrounding area
with flexible schedule with
nights and weekend availability
to maximize events and on-the-ground marketing opportunities
DutiesLead generation during Grass Roots Marketing and networkingCoordinating marketing outreach and promotional activitiesResponsible for driving interest and booking first timers into the studioBuilding partnerships with like-minded businesses in the area, and schedule marketing cross-promotion events to generate interest in the brandCoordinating social media activitiesIdentifying social media influencers within local studio communities and forging and managing those relationshipsImplement sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classesMembership and retail salesMaintain cleanliness and organization of the studioEnforce studio policies and proceduresCOMPENSATION & PERKS:
This position offers a very competitive base rate plus commissions and bonus if all goals are metComplimentary Fitness MembershipEmployee Retail Discounts
