Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Dental Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients (dentist). You will use your professional dental knowledge to answer questions and offer advice. The ideal candidate will have professional dental knowledge and dental practice experience.

Responsibilities:
- Provide dental technical support to clients via phone or email.
- Inspect the incoming impression and models and solve the issues and provide timely resolutions
- Advise the dental technician to fabricate the dental restorations.

Qualifications:
- DDS, DMD (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in dental practice.
- Strong knowledge of dental restoration
