Program Manager, Prefer hands on experience working with Talent Acquisition, Campus Recruiting and other similar organization development and hiring activities

** Pay rate is between $60 - $63 per hour **

Top 5 Must Haves:

• 1) Cross functional Program manager experience; 
• 2) Experience managing HR Talent and Training programs/initiatives – especially if they are University Recruiting processes or Employee Reorg and Rotation focused;
• 3) Experience in SW Development organizations;
• 4) Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment.
• 5) Excellent Verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications

• Requires 10 years of experience managing cross functional teams for long term programs.
• Prefer hands on experience working with Talent Acquisition, Campus Recruiting and other similar organization development and hiring activities.
• Prefer hands on experience staffing SW Development organizations that utilize Agile Development methodologies
• Strong leadership skills a must.
• Experience in program management including planning and senior management interface. PMP qualification and Agile Certified Professional (ACP) certifications preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and priority setting skill.
• Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly through oral and written communications at all organizational levels and present clear and concise information to team, internal customers, and external customers.
