As a sales representative you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, and preparing and packaging products within the store, all while building professional working relationships with customers, management, and other associates. Duties and Responsibilities:
Follow company policies and operating procedures.
Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and the items offered.
Know proper food handling and preparation.
Predict and achieve the sales goals.
Resolve sales issues and devise new strategies to improve sales.
Gain shelf placement by selling new and promotional items.
Sell and build product displays.
Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.
Analyze sales metrics, market, and industry factors, and create sales reports.
Handle cash/credit transactions.
Qualifications:
One year Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
Strong computer skills required. Training for store tablets and scanners is provided.
Must have daily access to a mobile device and Internet.
GED required
