Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Solutions Manager at XO BIMBI, full-time.

As a Retail Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to optimizing operations, driving sales, processing inventory, effective marketing efforts, including social media management, and the overall management of store operations while prioritizing the customer experience. A cohesive blend of overseeing day-to-day functions and ensuring a positive and memorable experience for customers.

The ideal candidate will excel at leading a positive and seamless shopping experience, both in-store and online, fulfilling orders, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences to enhance our performance and profitability.

You will work closely with the team to drive the success and growth of our small business.

Qualifications

• Retail Management: Proficient in overseeing retail operations, including sales, inventory management, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Customer Experience Focus: Showcase a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and implementing initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Skills: Emphasize the ability to identify challenges within the retail environment and develop effective solutions to address them.
• Sales: Deliver tailored customer support by actively listening to their needs and preferences, and recommend complementary items or add-ons by utilizing product knowledge to ensure customers find everything they need in one convenient location. Creating a more complete gift-giving experience to enhance customers’ overall shopping experience.
• Analytical Skills and Project Management abilities: Ability to think analytically and strategically about retail challenges and opportunities, with a focus on driving results and achieving business objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
