Position Descriptions :

• The client trains candidates.
• They will drive a sit-down forklift but will not be on it for the first month.
• They will certify them.
• Use a tape measure to measure where the steel pins go to tie down the steel pallets.
• Work off a pick ticket, and they will be in training and doing manual labor the first month.
• Breaking down pallets and helping clean the facility.
• Will train them to use a remote-control crane.
• Complete training is provided.

Hiring Requirement :

• Background friendly (Case by case).
• No recent theft, violence, or parole.
