Who are we looking for?
A strategic thinker, not a task manager! The Manager, File Maintenance leads a team of File Maintenance System Specialists who perform configuration updates and maintenance within XiFin’s billing system for each Outsourced Billing (OSB) customer. The Manager will work with the team to load a multitude of data to customer environments including build new clients and tests. You will build and encourage the team to provide fast and effective technical billing solutions to customer requests.
As the Manager, File Maintenance, you will have direct responsibility for configuration updates and maintenance within XiFin's billing system for assigned accounts. You will perform updates as needed and can delegate those updates through direct and dotted-line reporting. Additionally, this position will suggest automation solutions and process improvements to promote efficiency. Manager will also implement new solutions and ensure proper training for the team.
To be successful in this role, you must be analytical and solution oriented. An effective team leader, able to multi-task and problem solve effectively and efficiently. While supported by leadership and your team, you should be self-motivated, a self-starter, and possess a “can do" attitude.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $80,000-$90,000 annualized base compensation. Please note this range is an estimate; actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
