```Duties```
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the educational site
- Develop and implement educational programs and curriculum
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and community members to support student success
- Monitor student progress and implement interventions as needed
- Coordinate and facilitate professional development opportunities for staff

```Experience```
- Higher education teaching experience preferred
- Experience in education administration or related field
- Ability to educate and engage students of all ages
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with diverse student populations
