Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Cashier. As a Host/Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest services and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor

- Seat guests and provide them with menus

- Take reservations and manage the waitlist

- Answer phone calls and assist guests with inquiries

- Operate POS system to process payments and manage cash transactions

- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and lobby area

- Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations

- Assist with food service duties as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in guest relations or hospitality is preferred

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills

- Familiarity with POS system is a plus.

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Attention to detail and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
