• Advance-level accounting knowledge (from Cash-basis through Accrual accounting), understands GAAP, and can apply theory practically to everyday accounting
• Strategic - can assess information and determine a go-forward path to resolution

• Deeply understands financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow, Trial Balance, and more) and can analyze and provide guidance to customers and the Xendoo team

• Proficient in explaining complex accounting in simple terms to customers and Xendoo team

• Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college or university
• 5 years’ experience in full cash-basis and accrual-basis accounting cycles: bookkeeping, A/P and A/R, journal entries, monthly and year-end close, financial statement review and analysis
• Be flexible and embrace change

• Possess the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written
• Be confident and strive towards daily improvement
