Shifts

• 7 AM to 3:30 PM
• 3 PM to 11:30 PM
• 11 PM to 7:30 AM
• 40 hour per week & 16 hour per week schedules available

Job Duties

• Support our Mobile Crisis Response Team - provide essential crisis intervention services to the community in San Mateo County.
• Collaborate with Case Managers & Clinicians to provide swift and effective intervention to people experiencing psychiatric distress.
• Educate clients on resources available to help prevent future crises/incidents.
• Use personal lived experience to make informed decisions about care for our members & add another dimension to the support our team provides!

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Peer Specialist and/or completed Peer Support Training.
• One (1) year or part-time equivalent of experience supporting members served with behavioral health challenges.
• Experience as a beneficiary of the public Behavioral Health system of care.
• Valid and current driver’s license.
