About The Role

Xeela is looking for a scrappy Founding Lead Software Engineer, Full-Stack to help us build a world-class mobile application with impeccable speed, craft, and rigor.

What you’ll do

• Build the industry’s best fitness and health technology app end-to-end
• Choose and utilize the sharpest software tools and methodologies
• Talk to customers to identify hard problems and build solutions
• Have a ton of fun building a product customers genuinely love
• Continuously improve our engineering velocity and output
• Maintain a high personal bar of focus and execution

What you should have

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience preferred
• Track record of shipping high-quality products, apps, and features
• Ability to turn business and product ideas into engineering solutions
• Genuine excitement, work ethic, and mindset to build a game-changing company
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master your craft
