ReconLogic, a division of Xcite Automotive, is hiring an experienced Wheel Repair Tech!

We are looking for a hard-working individual that would love to our team. Our wheel repair technician will be responsible for repairing and refinishing wheels. You'll prep, paint and use our wheel repair machine when needed.

Competitive pay - $60,000 annually - potential bonus eligibility

Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid vacation/sick and holidays

Responsibilities:

Inspecting and cleaning wheels
Prepping and buffing defects
Fix cosmetic damages (curb damage, road rash, scrapes, gouges, and oxidation)
Mixing colors and finishes and painting surfaces

Requirements:

Physically be able to remove wheels to repair and place them back on the vehicle
Safely operate hand and power tools
Attention to detail
Able to bend, stand and squat for extended periods of time
Ability to work independently and self-motivated
