Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure patient satisfaction

Skills:
- Proficiency in medical administrative support tasks, such as answer phone calls promptly, learn how to review a patients account and learn how to get the claims paid. Experience in collection of medical claims is a plus.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to want to learn credentialing, leadershop skills and grow with the company.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate patient records
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality

The position is Monday thru Thursday - Excellent schedule for those who want to enjoy family or have weekend getaways without jeopardizing your work schedule.
