Job Purpose:

We are looking for an upbeat, energetic person to join our team in a front office role. Our

business is consistently growing and changing, and we are looking for a person who is excited to grow and change with us.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Creating & maintaining a welcoming environment for customers.

- Answering phones & responding to questions in a friendly and professional manner.

- Maintaining cleanliness & organization of the front office area.

- Processing customer payments accurately.

- Supporting our leadership team in an administrative capacity.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: Prior experience in a body shop or a related field is preferred but not required. We welcome individuals with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

2. Technical Skills: Ability to navigate basic computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Docs is required. Working knowledge of Quickbooks Online is preferred, but not required.

3. Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to work with precision and accuracy.

4. Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to assess project difficulty, anticipate challenges, and implement effective solutions to ensure successful outcomes.

5. Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to engage with customers professionally, provide recommendations, and address any concerns or inquiries.

6. Positive Attitude: Energetic, self-motivated, and enthusiastic team player with a positive outlook on work and life.

7. Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely to customers and team members.

8. Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules. Open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism to continuously improve performance.

9. Commitment to Safety: Strong commitment to adhering to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for oneself and others.

10. Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

This position offers part-time to full-time hours, with an hourly rate based on experience assessed during the working interview. Pay range: $20-24 per hour.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 45 per week
