About the role:

This position is responsible for traveling to customer sites to perform installation, training, and servicing of XOS analyzers. It requires strong interpersonal skills as this is a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience as it relates to our company, our products, and our services. The ideal candidate will be based out of Houston, TX, and will be travelling 80-90% of the time around the country.

In this role, you will be:

• Front-and-center in ensuring a positive customer experience as it relates to our company, our products, and our services

• Communicate directly with customers, sales reps, and distributors via telephone, electronically or face to face

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and resolve customer issues of all XOS instruments in field Confidential - Company Proprietary

• Perform preventative maintenance service visits

• Listen and respond promptly to customer concerns • Build strong relationships with customers in the region

• Submit prompt, accurate service reports that affect billing, inventory, instrument history, and instrument failure.

Are you qualified?

• 1-5 years of technical experience

• Mechanically inclined or prior experience in instrument repair or support

• Science or Engineering Degree preferred or combination of education and experience

Pay: $40.00 per hour
