Job Summary:
As a General Maintenance technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities. This is a PRN position.

Duties:

• Must be able to communicate in person in a courteous and effective manner.
• Must be able to work at a fast pace and be very organized in all aspects of position responsibilities.
• Must be able to perform general facility maintenance duties, including plumbing, electrical, lamp and ballast replacement, minor repairs, and grounds maintenance up keep.
• Ability to maintain HIPAA privacy and security standards in accordance with XRANM policies and procedures in an effort to protect PHI and limit its use to what is considered minimally necessary

Qualifications:

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent Driving record required and must be maintained.
• Must pass physical and driving examination.
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
• Previous general facilities and automotive maintenance experience is preferred.
• Previous experience in data entry preferred.
