We are seeking an experienced IT Consultant with expertise in Endpoint Management technologies, particularly Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)). In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Endpoint Management solutions, ensuring seamless user experiences and robust endpoint security for our clients. Your proficiency in both Intune and SCCM, coupled with a solid understanding of general End User Computing principles, will be instrumental in driving innovation and enhancing productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and Endpoint Management requirements, and develop comprehensive solutions integrating Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and other relevant technologies
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements and develop detailed technical designs and implementation plans
• Manage Endpoint Management projects from start to finish, including scoping, planning, design, development, testing, and deployment
• Architect, plan, and deploy endpoint management strategies and policies encompassing device provisioning, application delivery, user experience management, and security enforcement
• Configure SCCM and Intune for efficient software distribution, patch management, and operating system deployment, ensuring endpoint compliance and reliability
• Conduct assessments of existing endpoint environments, identifying optimization opportunities and recommending tailored solutions aligned with clients' business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure endpoint management solutions integrate seamlessly with other systems and platforms
• Provide expert guidance on endpoint management best practices, including device configuration management, application deployment strategies, and security enforcement measures tailored to diverse endpoint environments
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to SCCM and Intune, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve complex problems and minimize service disruptions
• Stay informed about emerging trends and advancements in EUC and endpoint management, evaluating their potential impact and relevance to client environments
• Document configuration details, operational procedures, and solution recommendations for clients, facilitating knowledge transfer and ongoing support

Desired Qualifications

• Comprehensive technical expertise in end-user computing technologies, including desktop operating systems (Windows and macOS), Office productivity applications, cloud-based workplace suites (email, calendar, meeting, messaging, collaboration, file sharing, and file syncing), VDI and application virtualization, software distribution, endpoint management, endpoint security, mobile technology management, end-user computing hardware, and conference room technology
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune capabilities, including device enrollment, conditional access policies, and application lifecycle management
• Proficiency in System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for managing software deployments, updates, and system configurations across diverse endpoints
• Experience in deploying SCCM Co-management and implementing hybrid management scenarios
• Experience in configuring, managing, and deploying endpoints through vendor provisioning technologies such as Microsoft Autopilot, Apple Business Manager, and Android Enterprise
• Solid understanding of general End User Computing principles, including user experience optimization, persona management, and application delivery mechanisms
• Sound knowledge of general IT infrastructure principles, including networking, server administration, and virtualization technologies
• Strong knowledge of security measures for managing and securing endpoints such as servers, laptops, desktops, smart phones, including multi-factor authentication, encryption, and security policies for endpoints and network access
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation and customization within Intune and SCCM
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, and able to clearly explain technical concepts and tailor presentations to the target audience
• Outstanding leadership and collaboration abilities, with the ability to lead teams to technology solutions that align with clients’ business goals
• Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex problems and propose practical solutions with a proven track record of driving results
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision as well as part of a team while handling diverse situations, multiple projects, and rapidly changing priorities

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5 years of experience in deploying enterprise-scale Endpoint Management solutions
• Proven experience in large-scale deployment projects and teams
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Management technologies, including Intune and System Center Configuration Manager
• Strong knowledge of Operating System Environments, including Windows, Linux, macOS, iOS, Android, as well as cloud computing platforms, including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud
• Proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript
• Knowledge of security and compliance standards for end-user computing
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, Microsoft Certified: Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Willingness to travel
