X-Bow Systems is expanding and is looking to fill multiple new positions, Junior through Senior Mechanical Engineers in Luling, TX .

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and driven Mechanical Technician to join our team.
About the Role : As a Mechanical Technician , you will have a key role in supporting our propellant manufacturing system development and operation. You will join a multi-disciplinary team responsible for all aspects of requirement verifications, upgrade and anomaly resolution design, analysis, test, and deployment of hardware and control sub-systems.
You'll know you're successful in this role when you've identified blockers, guided processes to address anomalies and performance shortfalls, met schedule goals regarding installation, commissioning and deployment of components, sub-assemblies, and top-level facilities.
To thrive in this role, you must have demonstrated success in mechanical hardware installation, repair, and selection. An aptitude for hands-on assembly and integration is required and is best shown by your work history and passions when off the clock.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 years' experience with installation/testing/commissioning of mechanical and fluidic systems/facilities
- Experience scoping pumps, mixers, heat exchangers, ovens, precision flow meters.
- Familiarity with Solidworks CAD and PDM or equivalent
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams of ~5 engineers/technicians.
- Demonstrated electro/mechanical hands-on dis-assembly/assembly and trouble-shooting aptitude.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
- Must be a US Persons as defined by § 120.62 of the ITAR.
