The Clerk is responsible for day to day customer relations. The Clerk is responsible for reporting any issues or concerns to the Site Manager immediately.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service
- Report shortage of supplies to the manager
- Stocking of products, cleaning and checking customer out
- Complete daily jobs and follow company Policy and Procedures. (Hourly count of people in the building, answering questions customers have about products)
- Report any or all shortages or overages to the Site Manager regardless of the amount immediately ?
- Any additional duties may be assigned by the Site manager or Regional manager at any time
