Duties:
- Electronically organize and maintain medical records and documentation in accordance with established procedures and regulations
- Review medical records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of patient information
- Retrieve and deliver medical records as requested by healthcare professionals

Skills:
- Proficiency in medical terminology, including knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and disease processes
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare software applications
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to health information management
