Job Title: Sales Associate

Job description

WynnPharm is a health and wellness partner specialized in working with dietary supplement, OTC, and cosmetic brands. We work with clients to help manage and distribute their health and wellness brands so they can grow in the U.S. market. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth for our client brands by identifying new business opportunities, while at the same time maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts who are already ordering these brands.

Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to new leads through cold calling
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Follow up and manage sales accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and ongoing business relationships.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback

Skills

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.

· Proficient in CRM software and other sales management tools. Hubspot is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
