Position Summary The Associate Product Marketing Manager will provide assistance in planning, coordinating, and developing sales enablement and marketing collateral for the Global Gaming Division. This candidate will also support in creating dynamic content across our slots, tables, and systems businesses. Because this position will wear multiple hats, it is imperative that they have the ability to stay organized, professional, and quickly switch gears as needed. Essential Job Functions: Create technical documentation for all upcoming global product releases Collaborate with internal partners on technical documentation, product training, and providing general Sales team support Play a critical role in managing and maintaining Light & Wonder’s customer portal and additional content depositories Support the needs of the domestic and global teams from a Sales Enablement perspective Create accurate visual representations of products for internal and external customer use Interact with internal teams to gain understanding of products, launch requirements and effectively provide direction and assets to the internal Creative Services team Assistance in creating content for advertisements, sales material, video scripts, social media and other marketing collateral, specifically related to highly technical gaming systems products Ensures that the company’s policies are communicated and implemented May require evening and weekend hours Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Required Experience: At least 0-2 years of experience in similar role Preferred Experience: Casino gaming experience a plus Experience with Adobe Creative Suite required Experience in marketing, advertising or public relations a plus Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy Strong project management skills Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a diverse work group Ability to multi-task is required Strong problem-solving skills Strong analytical skills Eagerness to learn, positive attitude, and strong work ethic Physical Requirements: Office Environment Work Conditions: Light & Wonder and its affiliates (collectively, “L&W”) are engaged in highly regulated gaming and lottery businesses.
