Wynn Las Vegas is seeking a highly skilled, passionate and experienced learning and development professional who would be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating all hotel division training initiatives. The primary goals for this role include (1) support department training managers and on-the-job trainers to ensure consistency of Wynn standards is upheld, (2) analyze guest and employee feedback for trends and design custom learning interventions, (3) work in partnership with the L&D Team to ensure continuity in leadership development efforts and Wynn service training.
