Position Overview: The Sales & Marketing Manager will be at the forefront of strategizing, planning, and executing our company's sales and marketing initiatives. Collaborating closely with the President/CEO, this role demands a visionary leader adept at navigating the intricate nuances of the jewelry market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and brand visibility.
  • CRM Leadership: Oversee the regular updating and maintenance of our CRM database, ensuring optimal utility and accuracy.
  • Marketing Material Development: Spearhead the design and creation of innovative marketing materials tailored to our target audience.
  • Lead Generation: Identify, acquire, and nurture high-potential sales leads through diverse channels.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring unparalleled service delivery.
  • Email Campaigns: Strategize and manage effective email marketing campaigns to boost engagement and sales.
  • Market Research: Direct market and client research initiatives to stay ahead of industry trends and customer preferences.
  • Social Media Strategy: Formulate and oversee the execution of our social media strategy, maximizing brand engagement and reach.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor, guide, and manage the sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Event Management: Lead the planning and execution of brand presence in events, including proposals, training sessions, and tradeshows.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales and marketing leadership role.
  • Proficiency in advanced CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Deep understanding of current marketing trends and digital tools.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
