Wyndham Hotel Avon is Hiring a Hotel Front Desk Agent- 2nd Shift Near Avon, OH
We are currently seeking an energetic, responsible & mature person to join our team! This is a full time position as a front desk agent.
Prior hotel experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks.
- Answer phones, make reservations.
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
- Register guests collecting necessary information
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
- Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner.

- Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
