How You’ll Shine : The Multi-Functional Resort Associate is a cross-functional position that is responsible for two or more functions within various daily resort operations.

This position ensures that all owners, guests and associates receive our Hospitality with Heart service.

Customer Service / Front Desk agent / Hotel Front Desk / Facilities / Apartment Maintenance

The target salary rate for this position is $20.00

10 : 30 pm - 6 : 30 am

How You'll Make an Impact :

Performs at least two resort functions on a regular basis. The following functions are the most common, but are not an exhaustive list of functions that may be performed by this role :

Guest ServicesPerforms daily Guest Services functions such as guest check-in and check out, answering phones, completion of shift check-list, run night audit, laundry,Answer a variety of questions for guests pertaining to their reservations.

Responds courteously, efficiently and professionally to guest service requests. Directs owner and guest requests to the correct department.

Performs light administrative duties such as sending e-mail correspondence, use of office equipment, posting in Teams, and use of Microsoft Office, office cleaning.

Limited MaintenancePerforms general facility maintenance under minimum supervision in a manner which ensures the preservation of optimum quality and efficient production.

Performs service requests and repairs as directed. Perform maintenance work for make-ready units as directed. Performs Room Preventative Maintenance process as outlined in the Maintenance Departmental Operating Procedures to include a detailed and in depth inspection of all aspects of the guest room / unitPerforms basic to advanced repairs on deficiencies found in the interior of the unit to bring the unit back to like new conditionCompletes all necessary work orders and customer requests by applying basic knowledge of repair and replacement of general fixtures.

General repair may include : doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, furniture, cabinetry, basic electrical, basic plumbing and basic appliance repair.

What You’ll Bring :

Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions, short correspondence and memos in English.

Excellent customer service skills.

A professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude.

Ability to work well independently or with others as needed.

Valid Driver's license
