Description

As a Bellman, you will be the face of our hotel, providing a warm and friendly welcome to all our guests. You will be responsible for helping guests with their luggage and providing directions and information. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all guests feel safe and secure in the hotel, as well as providing a high level of customer service at all times. We are looking for someone with a friendly, outgoing personality and excellent communication skills to join our team. Job Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner

• Offer assistance with luggage and transportation needs

• Provide directions and information on local attractions

• Open and close doors for guests

• Operate the elevator

• Assist guests in their check-in and check-out procedures

• Maintain a neat and orderly work area

• Handle luggage and packages

• Ensure proper storage of all luggage

• Coordinate with housekeeping and other staff as needed

• Respond to guest inquiries and requests

• Follow all safety and security protocols

• Maintain cleanliness of the lobby area

• Provide exemplary customer service at all times

Job Requirements

• Ability to handle luggage and other items in a safe manner

• Ability to operate a bell cart

• Ability to communicate with guests and hotel staff in a friendly and professional manner

• Knowledge of hotel policies and procedures

• Ability to read, write and understand English

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Ability to provide directions to guests

• Ability to provide information on local attractions and services

• Ability to resolve guest complaints in a timely manner

• Ability to handle cash and other forms of payment accurately

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of local area and attractions
