Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs, LLP is Hiring a Litigation Paralegal Near Lexington, KY

We are looking for an experienced litigation paralegal that is detail oriented, highly organized and has excellent written and oral communication skills. This position requires a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency in the use of Concordance, Relativity, CaseMap and Early Data Analyzer. The key responsibilities of this position are as follows:

  • Assist attorneys in drafting pleadings and status reports, conducting witness interviews and assisting with legal research;
  • Assist attorney in preparing materials for case presentation including organizing interview memos, digests and other relevant documents;
  • Assist attorney in preparing for depositions including drafting depositions notices, scheduling court reporters, contacting witnesses;
  • Work with attorneys in the preparation and filing of all court documents. Create, bind and distribute as applicable;
  • Act as liaison among various internal departments as well as with outside agencies in overseeing the progress of documents through litigation support, order transcripts from reporting services and assist attorney as applicable in working with outside counsel.
