Wyatt Management General Contractor is Hiring an Assistant Project Coordinator Near Spring, TX

Job Summary:
Wyatt Management is a growing commercial general contractor that specializes in ground-up construction, tenant improvements and remodel programs for leading restaurants and retail clients.

We have expertise in building fast-casual restaurants and bars, site development, automotive care and repair shops, retail strip centers, medical offices, recreation centers, and more. We are looking for high-performing individuals who can assist our Project Managers in the management of multiple commercial construction projects while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a construction office support role
  • Must have exceptional business development and client relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to be flexible and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to be decisive and work well under pressure, particularly when faced with unexpected occurrences or delays.
  • Ability to assist in coordinating several major activities at once while analyzing and resolving specific problems.
  • Ability to operate with a sense of urgency and competency on all projects and tasks.
  • Computer Skills Required and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills

Responsibilities include the following:

  • Preparing job binders
  • Taking office supply inventory
  • Filing and maintaining all project documents in OneDrive and RedTeam
  • Splitting and naming plans, revisions, and addendums in Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Answering and directing project communications (via phone, text, email) to the correct point of contact
  • Assisting the Project Manager with scheduling project meetings
  • Preparing weekly status reports for clients
  • Performing project close-out activities and compiling close-out documents
  • Assisting project managers in day-to-day activities.
