As a Warehouse Team Member at Wyandotte Municipal Services, you will play a key role in managing inventory effectively and ensuring the uninterrupted operation of utility services. Your responsibilities will include receiving, storing, and distributing materials, as well as maintaining accurate records of inventory levels.

Responsibilities:

Receive deliveries of goods and materials, check them against orders and quality standards.

Organize and maintain a warehouse inventory system, including logging incoming and outgoing goods.

Ensure proper storage and packaging of materials according to instructions.

Prepare goods and materials for shipment, including sorting, packing, and labeling.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse, following health and safety regulations.

Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure the smooth operation of utility services.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Warehouse experience is preferred but not required.

Ability to work in a team and effectively interact with colleagues.

Excellent communication skills.

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Willingness to work in warehouse conditions, including lifting and moving heavy loads.

Flexibility to work a varied schedule and fulfill duties as needed.
