The Team
The mission of Service Delivery is to continuously add value by delivering impeccable quality on time, whilst assuring a world-class customer experience.

We start by preparing and organizing orders for our on-site data center engineers. When this is done, we make sure that all orders are processed correctly, so that Leaseweb delivers our high-quality services on time and with the least possible fuss. To ensure everything is flawless, we support the customers during and in the weeks after their order is delivered.

Job Details
Nurturing every single customer and providing them with exceptionally good service.

Key responsibilities:
Prioritizing orders and providing other operation teams with clear daily/weekly objectives
Ensuring that the right administration and organizational actions are taken so that all orders can be delivered accurately
Guiding the customers well and being a point of contract in order to build relationships and improve customer satisfaction
Answering all customers questions and ensuring that customer issues get resolved quickly.
Processing basic administration tasks
Keeping all processes & documentation up to date

You have service in your DNA. You are flexible and solution-oriented and have a proven track record in excellent customer service. You are passionate, organized, eager to learn, and to play a positive role on a great team. You have outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, and a special talent for human relations.
