LMI Government Consulting (Logistics Management Institute) is Hiring a Program Analyst (Management - Technology Watch and Forecasting) with Security Clearance - Now Hiring Near Arlington, VA

Overview LMI is seeking a full-time program analyst lead for the Technology Watch and Forecasting team in support of the Office of Strategic Intelligence and Analysis. The team lead will coordinate and manage the activities of the LMI TWF team to support the government client through the assessment of emerging science and technology. Responsibilities Tasks include but are not limited to: * Providing management and integration support to TWF efforts, including open-source research and assessment, data-derived trend analysis, and technology forecasting. * Providing project management support to OSI&A-sponsored horizon scanning efforts. * Monitoring and evaluating technical performance and execution against statements of work, identifying requirements or future statements of work, fielding questions and relaying guidance from OSI&A leadership. * Actively pursuing and maturing relationships with USG, DoD, and global industry partners to discover common approaches to technology watch and forecasting activities that will support U.S. technological advantage and DoD's S&T priorities. * Managing the compilation, publication, and distribution of emerging science and technology newsletters. * Developing PowerPoint briefs, information memos and white papers, organizing workshops, and developing and maintaining content through a range of media. * Managing the production of visualizations and publications to identify emerging science, technologies and/or capabilities with potential military utility; evaluate potential development paths; and describe investment and media trends. Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in areas of basic or applied research, advanced technology development, science and technology policy, or related activities. * Knowledge of DoD organization and structure, particularly science and technology research and development. * Experience working with senior government officials. * Ability to work independently with both junior and senior staff in a distributed environment while maintaining a strong commitment to schedule. * Ability to clearly communicate technical subjects and analytic results to non-expert/non-technical peers and leadership. * Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, briefings, and meeting moderation; and, willingness/desire to work across a broad range of technological subject areas. * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics. At the discretion of the Government, specialized experience working with government agencies in support of data analytics development and analytic product development may be substituted in lieu of specific educational requirements. * TS clearance with SCI eligibility. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Graduate degree from an accredited college or university in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics. At the discretion of the Government, specialized experience working with government agencies in support of data analytics development and analytic product development may be substituted in lieu of specific educational requirements. * Relevant experience working in DoD and OSD S&T organizations.
