Overview

The Financial Costing Analyst is responsible for providing financial support to the Couvet Site. This position will perform a variety of financial activities including but not limited to cost accounting, variance analysis, capex management, general ledger as well as budgeting & reporting.

Responsibilities

Responsibility:

• Assist in calculation of standard costs.
• Perform manufacturing variances analysis.
• Coverage of master data, account reconciliations, & process flow for inventory and General Ledger.
• Support month end closing and accruals activities in line with the compliance principles.
• Capex: follow up on depreciations, account reconciliations & project creation.
• Assist in preparing & monitoring departmental budgets.
• Monthly dashboard preparation & Actuals versus Budget Analysis.
• Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis.
• Participation in key financial projects.
• Back up of Sr. Financial Costing Analyst.

Qualifications

Experience / Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a Manufacturing environment.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Fluent in French, English is a plus.
• Attention to accuracy and detail required.
• Knowledge of SAP FI/CO is a plus.
