Role Description

Wurth IT USA is seeking multiple experienced and talented Microsoft Power Platform Administrators to join our dynamic team. As a Microsoft Power Platform Administrator at Würth IT, you will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and optimization of our Power Platform environments. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our Power Platform services.

This is a full-time hybrid role at Wurth IT USA (3 days onsite).

Responsibilities

• Platform Management: Administer and maintain the Microsoft Power Platform environment, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.
• User Access and Security: Ensure that users have the appropriate access and permissions within the Power Platform, and implement security measures to protect data and resources.
• App and Workflow Configuration: Assist in configuring and customizing Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to meet business requirements.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of Power Platform applications and workflows.
• User Training and Support: Provide support to end-users, assist with app development, troubleshooting, and user training.
• Governance and Compliance: Implement governance policies and best practices to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and organizational standards.
• Integration: Work on integrating Power Platform with other systems and services as needed.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and issue resolutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience with MS Power Platform administration
• Proven experience as a Power Platform Administrator or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and user support skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Microsoft Power Platform certification (preferred).

Location

Wurth IT USA is in the process of identifying its location in Chicago, IL. We will be in one of the northern suburbs, likely in Deerfield/Buffalo Groves/Vernon Hills area. This position requires onsite work 3 days per week. Please note relocation assistance is not provided.
