Role Description

Wurth IT USA is seeking multiple experienced and talented Business Systems Analysts to join our dynamic team. As a Business Systems Analyst (specializing in Power platform & Sharepoint) at Würth IT, you will be responsible for working closely with our clients to understand their needs and ensure they receive the full benefit of our SharePoint and Power Platform solutions. You will be the bridge between our clients and our technical teams, providing technical support, training, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

This is a full-time hybrid role at Wurth IT USA (3 days onsite).

Responsibilities

· Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they are familiar with our SharePoint and Power Platform solutions. Work closely with our rollout team, which is responsible for the general project management and rollout of office365 services.

· Project Work: Gather and document business requirements, partner with technical teams to create technical solution and technical work items, conduct initial testing of solutions developed by technical teams, assist business clients in establishing end user testing/training/and rollout plans.

· Technical Support: Provide technical support to clients, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate the resolution of technical challenges.

· Training and Education: Develop and deliver training materials to clients, helping them optimize their use of SharePoint and Power Platform.

· Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as one of their primary points of contact.

· Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients and collaborate with the product and development teams to enhance our solutions and foster innovations.

· Renewal and Upselling: Monitor client usage and collaborate with the sales team on renewal and upselling opportunities.

· Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical issues. Prepare incidents for problem management if necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Two years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, or similar role
• Strong understanding of SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform. (Minimum of 2 years of experience)
• Excellent technical problem-solving skills.
• Experienced in multiple forms of eliciting business requirements and diverse means of documenting those requirements.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients.
• Strong project management and organization skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated.

Location

Wurth IT USA is in the process of identifying its location in Chicago, IL. We will be in one of the northern suburbs, likely in Deerfield/Buffalo Groves/Vernon Hills area. This position requires onsite work 3 days per week. Please note relocation assistance is not provided.
