Job Description
We are looking for contract employees looking for part time work as a starting point. Looking for talented, energetic, and self-motivated designers who have a passion for all things architecture. Type of work includes residential (single and multifamily), commercial, retail, and more. Immediate need for Revit drafter.

Pay is negotiable based on years of schooling and/or experience.

Qualifications

• B Arch (can be in process), or other qualified path to licensure required
• Proficiency in Revit (two years minimum), Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop), Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Organized and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Developing schematic designs for new and existing construction
• Creating presentation drawings
• Measuring as-built conditions and drafting 3D models
• Working with consultants, clients, and presenting designs
• Construction Administration, site observations, and documentation
• Material and product selections
• Renderings

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
