The Team Resources Specialist:

Works in partnership with the Team Member Relations (TMR) management and TMR Coordinator functions, supporting the team resources processes, assuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing Team Resources statistics and reporting.

Qualifications:

Required experience:

• 1 year - Human Resources;
• Or - 2 years - Customer Service;
• Or - 2 years - Healthcare
• Preferred - 3 years - Human Resources

Required Education:

• Required- HS Graduate or Equivalent GED
• Preferred - Associates Degree
• Preferred- Bachelors Degree
