Paradigm is a software company transforming the way that the residential, construction & building product industries operate across the globe. We are looking for a Delivery Coordinator – Creative Assets to be part of revolutionizing these industries.

The ideal candidate must be able to communicate effectively with cross functional teams and deliver projects that meet our customers’ needs. You will be responsible for ensuring our deliverables are high quality and meet key project requirements; oftentimes working directly with offshore artist teams to execute on the production.

What You Will Do:

• You will be a key member of our project intake, delivery, and QA process.

• You will be the main point of contact for the tactical execution of the product delivery to both the customer and internal teams.

• You will monitor, route, and see to the resolution of all offshore issues in JIRA during production.

• Working closely with various project teams (including offshore contractors), you will be responsible for maintaining efficient communication ensuring resolution of issues that might arise throughout the process along with successful delivery of work to clients.

• You will be responsible for reviewing the project intake form to ensure that all stakeholder requirements needed are met and scope of the project is identified and defined.

• You will be responsible for assuring the delivery of multiple projects according to defined delivery dates and in full compliance with the customer requirements.

• You will also play an active role into internal and external continuous improvement processes and ensure that process documentation is kept up to date.

• You will flag concerning production patterns or reoccurring technical issues to Creative Asset team leadership and SMEs.

• You will be the SME for coordination of Creative Asset delivery, but you will also become very familiar with Home Configure and Render delivery coordination so that you are able to provide support and backup.

What You Need to Succeed:

• You have 1 years of project or production coordination experience.
• You have experience communicating complex, subjective ideas, concepts, and feedback
• Ideally you have at least one year of experience working with 3D programs (3DS Max, Maya, Blender, etc.) and at least one year of experience working design programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• An added benefit is also someone with interior design or architecture knowledge/interest

• Ideally you have experience with JIRA or another task management tool, 3D Visualization, Gaming, or related industries.
