INSTALLER
Window Treatments, Blinds, Motorized Shades and Shutters

WTI, Inc. seeks to groom a reliable person with solid maintenance, installation and troubleshooting skills, along with an exemplary customer service skills demeanor, to install blinds, shades, shutters, draperies, and motorized products for residential and commercial clients in Concord, MA and the surrounding communities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install our products onto a wide range of surfaces including wood, drywall, metal, and cement
• Perform in-field window treatment repair
• Remove and dispose of old window coverings
• Maintain work van, tools, and equipment in clean and operational condition
• Turn in all required paperwork and field reports and collect $ balances from clients
• Interact with clients in a professional and service-oriented mindset
• Leave client's home clean and free from damage, debris, dust, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Friendly, courteous, and pleasant
• Well-groomed and professional
• Strong work ethic - reliable, dependable, responsible, and mature
• Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical work with no limitations or restrictions
• Able to negotiate ladders, stairs and scaffolding. Bend, stoop, and climb.
• Must be able to operate small power tools; drills, saws, etc.
• Able to read and take accurate measurements
• Previous window covering and low voltage wiring experience is ideal
• Related trade experience is preferred
