The Role at a Glance:
As a Bartender, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for crafting and serving high-quality beverages to our guests. Your role will contribute to creating a memorable dining experience by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere at the bar.
What You'll Be Doing:
- *Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards. *Engage with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations on drink selections. *Ensure a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses, utensils, and bar equipment. *Maintain a strong knowledge of our drink menu, ingredients, and special offerings. *Handle cash and payment transactions accurately. *Follow responsible alcohol service policies to ensure the safety and well-being of guests. *Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods. *Provide friendly and attentive customer service, making each guest feel valued and well taken care of.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking an experienced Bartender who is passionate about mixology and creating exceptional guest experiences. If you're a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to have you join our team.
Must-Haves:
- *Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume establishment. *In-depth knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and presentation. *Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. *Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. *Excellent communication and multitasking abilities. *Must be at least 21 years of age. *Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $25.00 - $45.00/hour.
