WTC Services LLC is Hiring an IT Support Specialist (Level II) Near Paso Robles, CA

Join our dynamic team as an IT Support Specialist (Level II) and become the backbone of our organization's technological prowess. In this role, you'll be the frontline defender against technical woes, ensuring smooth operations and keeping our digital infrastructure running like a well-oiled machine.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide top-notch technical support to end-users via various channels, including phone, ticketing system, and in person, resolving issues promptly and effectively.

2. Dive deep into the digital abyss to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical problems related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.

3. Conduct meticulous installations, configurations, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and peripherals, ensuring optimal performance.

4. Navigate the labyrinth of operating systems, applications, and network environments to resolve issues and improve overall system stability.

5. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve escalated technical issues, leveraging collective expertise for swift resolutions.

6. Maintain detailed documentation of support activities, solutions, and troubleshooting steps, contributing to a knowledge-sharing culture within the team.

7. Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, lending your expertise to system upgrades, software deployments, and other initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

2. Proven track record in a technical support role, with comprehensive knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.

3. Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues across diverse environments, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.

5. Team player mentality, with a willingness to collaborate and contribute to a positive work environment.

6. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A , Network , or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) are advantageous but not required.

7. Experience using PSA and RMM tools.

Work Environment:

Provide support to end-users both onsite and remotely. Occasional travel may be required for onsite support or project implementations.

Pay: $20.00 - $31.00 per hour
