Store Manager

Duties:

The Store Manager is responsible for driving sales objectives, maintaining and achieving high operational standards and goals, building highly motivated teams, and developing Team Members to the next level.

Skills:

- Proven experience in store management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and reporting
- Ability to effectively supervise employees and delegate tasks
- Knowledge of cash register operations.
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training employees
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Pay: $24.50 - $25.75 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
