WSP is currently initiating a search for a Real Estate Project Manager for our Regional Offices. All Locations in the USA. Be involved in projects with our Workplace Team to help support brining staff together in for office environments that foster collaboration, efficiency, and that supports the business teams that excel at what they do.
The candidate will serve as the lead for assigned Real Estate consolidations, closures, and colocations to support the team and coordinate with business leaders, consultants, and internal Clients. Will participate in all phases of the project: Strategy, Leasing, Design/Construction, Relocation/Restoration, and Closeout. Will require the ability to multi-task, be action orientated and a strong communicator.

Compensation
Expected Salary (all locations): $95,500-135,000
WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.
Expected Salary (Colorado only): $95,500 -130,000
