At WSB, the Level 2 IT Support Engineer is responsible for troubleshooting complex technical issues, resolving problems, and providing over the top customer service. This position will be based out of our Denver, CO and Golden Valley, MN.

Minimum Education:
An Associate’s degree (A.A.) is required. A minimum of 2 years of professional experience specifically supporting Microsoft based environments is also required. A driver's license and good driving record is also required.
Preferred Experience:
CompTIA A or Microsoft Certification (MTA, MSCA, MSCE). Proven experience using our current technologies/applications: Autodesk Civil 3D, Bentley Open Road Designer, Esri ArcGIS, Microsoft O365.
