Position Summary
The Customer Service Associate has responsibility for waiting on customers at the pastry counter, knowledge of product description, availability, and pricing, order taking, register procedures, maintenance of display including dairy cooler, packaging of finished products, product rotation, answering phones, and cleaning.

While performing the essential job function for this position, the employee is regularly required to hear and speak clearly, must be able to stand for long periods of time, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl and climb during an entire shift. Must be able to lift and/or move items that weigh more than 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
This position operates in the retail business environment. This position routinely uses standard retail and office equipment such as digital cash registers, multi-line telephones, an intercom system and computers.
