General Summary: An exempt position responsible for physician sourcing, relationships, building/maintaining a provider recruitment pipeline, and implementing full cycle provider recruitment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to finding applicants, initial contact, coordinating interviews and contracts, hiring, orientation/onboarding, offboarding, and coordinating physician-related questions and needs related to these areas.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience required.
Experience: 2 years’ experience as a physician recruiter or 5 years in healthcare roles that directly interfaced with physicians. Established experience learning new software and competent, efficient workflows using multiple software solutions is required.
Other Requirements: The employee is expected to protect the privacy of all client/patient information in accordance with Wright State Physicians privacy policies, procedures and practices as required by Federal (and State) law and in accordance with general principles of professionalism as a health care provider.
