Wright Printing Co. is currently seeking an experienced Offset Press Operator to operate an RMGT 7/1 sheet-fed press with LED-UV technology. Looking for a craftsperson who exhibits attention to detail, a great eye for color, a dedicated attitude to quality workmanship, good attendance, and positive communication skills within the team. This position is scheduled 6:00pm - 6:00am, 3 to 4 nights a week, including 1 weekend night.

The ideal candidate includes:

• Experience on 29" or greater sheet-fed press
• Ability to read and understand a job ticket, both printed and on the computer system.
• Able to read a ruler, understand measurements, and do basic math accurately.
• Adapt to electronic input requirements to document production times and notes within internal computer system
• Attention to quality components and detailed instructions
• Availability for overtime as needed
• Can differentiate colors
• High school education or equivalent
• Open to learning to master new/different technology
• Positive attitude, team player
• Prioritizes position communication
• Prioritizes the needs of the customer
• Production positions require standing and walking for long periods of time (up to 12 hour shifts)
• Production positions require the ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs, 20 feet in distance
• Self-motivated and focused on scheduler and management supplied instructions
• Shows a high sense of urgency for on-time completion of assigned activities
• Solution-focused
• Vision correctable to 20/20 (able to pass and eye test)
• Willing to work in other departments or handle unique duties as needed
